I lost/forgot my password.
Here are the steps to reset / get a new password:
1. Click on the Members Login link in the Navigation Bar.
2. Click the link that says “Lost Your Password?”
3. Enter your e-mail address OR username and a new password will be sent your e-mail address.
How do I change my Password?
1. Log into the website entering the Username and Password you received in your Membership Email.
2. Once you have logged in click on the “Membership Details” link.
3. Scroll down until you see the area that says New Password. Enter your new password into BOTH boxes.
4. Scroll to the very bottom of the Member Details page and make sure to click “Update Profile.”
5. Begin using your new password when logging into the site.
How do I upload my photo?
1. Log into the website entering the Username and Password you received in your Membership Email.
2. Once you have logged in click on the “Membership Details” link.
3. Scroll down until you see the “Your Photo” area. Click the “Browse” button to locate your photo on your computer.
4. Select the photo you want to use and click OK.
5. Click the “Update Profile” button to upload your photo.
6. Once your photo is uploaded you’ll see a yellow box at the top of the page asking you to click and drag a square box over the region of the photo you wish to use as your thumbnail.
7. Click the “Save This Crop” button to save your thumbnail and you’re done!
How do I update my info?
1. Log into the website entering the Username and Password you received in your Membership Email.
2. Once you have logged in click on the “Membership Details” link.
3. Scroll down to the Extra Fields area where you will find info like; Company, Phone Number, Address, etc.
4. Make sure to click the “Update Profile” button once you are ready to save your changes.
